IF for some reason ,you wish to exchange your product, we would like you to contact our customer care team +91 9025733978 and write us at email@example.com with order number and an image of the product purchased. Our customer care team will guide you through the process of returning and exchanging our products.
OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS & EXCHANGE IS AS FOLLOWS:- You must return us the product within 7 days of delivery.
Please ensure that the product is returned unused with all the tags attached .
According to company’s policy we deserve all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.
The product SHOULD BE in its original condition and packaging. The product should not be damaged or soiled.
Product with any Signs of being used before will not be eligible for returns or exchange and it will be sent back to the customer. If products are received damage and would like to exchange a faulty item instead of obtaining a refund, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product with different specifications, subject to availability.
We do not provide refund on any product sold. Once our products are sold they can be exchanged for replacement.
A credit note is only given if the product is not available in the same size or pattern.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION Though we use some of India's largest logistics companies for shipping, we are bound in coverage by their reach. In case your address is in a location not served by them we would contact you to find an alternative solution to make your pieces reach you.
